Wake up between cycles, not in the middle of one
Sleep runs in cycles of roughly 90 minutes, and waking at the end of one feels far better than waking halfway through. We add 15 minutes to drift off. A rule of thumb, not a prescription — see how it feels for a week.

How long does delivery take?
Everything we sell is in stock, so orders usually arrive in 2–5 working days. You’ll get a text the day before with a 2-hour slot.
Will the bed fit up my stairs?
Our beds arrive flat-packed in sections, so they fit through standard UK doorways and around tight landings. See the “Measure up” guide for the three measurements worth taking.
How much can I store with gas lift-up storage?
Add gas lift-up storage to most of our upholstered beds and the storage well covers the whole footprint of the bed — room for spare duvets, suitcases and out-of-season clothes. Twin gas pistons lift the base and hold it open safely.
Which mattress should I pick?
Most beds come frame-only or with one of our mattresses, priced for your size on the bed’s page: Standard (everyday comfort), Firm Irish (firm and supportive) or Full memory foam (moulds to you). All three are also sold on their own, under Mattresses. Unsure? The firmness tool under Sleep school and the concierge will point you to one.
Can I return a bed?
You have 7 days from delivery to tell us you’ve changed your mind. If you’re unsure of a colour, ask us for more photographs before you order.
Are your fabrics fire-safe?
Every upholstered item meets the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations and carries the required labels.
